I personally think that the blogs are a great Idea. At first I thought of them as a waste of my time because I didnt enjoy just sitting here and writing what I think about our class and stuff. As time went on I was able to read comments of other students and see that we have similar thoughts and Ideas about things brought up in class or activities. Im not one of the students that speak out a lot in class, but having these blogs is a way for me to basically indirectly communicate and participate in class and with other students.
I deffinetly think that this should continue for this class because its good to get feedback from your classmates and also its good to say what you want to say and feel comfortable around your fellow students.
I, too, was not sure what to think about the blogs because I thought what can I write about from learning textbook vocabulary and terms, but with the group activities, the blogs were a great way to hear from everyone, including those who don't speak out like me, and find out what they thought about the activities. Also, I agree with you that it should continue. It definitely is better then writing essays or formal written assignments!
ReplyDeleteI agree. Blogging was excellent way to communicate and interact with classmates, especially with exchanging thoughts and opinions. Although my writings in English were bad, people did spend some time reading my opinions. Overall, this exercise was very fun and educative.
